Review: Guntata Hriday He

After so many days, Zee Marathi introduced something which is qualitative and appreciative. "Guntata Hriday He" is the only series which deserves above titles. From Naina to Lata, everyone given power packed performance in the series making it most memorable. The series is the remake of 2007 Canadian thriller film "Butterfly on a Wheel" directed by Mike Barker.

Earlier days, Doordarshan gifted such shows to Marathi audience e.g. Damini, Taak Dhina Dhin, etc. Growth of private channels increased competition but reduced quality content. Number of serials increased tremendously but there is lack of either story or acting. Guntata Hriday He fulfills all requirements in addition to fabulous dialogues. The story is quite quirky and all characters given justice to their role.

     Lets review on some points:

Acting:
Anyone who watches any part of the series will give out of marks to all actors in the series. Naina Vanarase and Devyani Vanarase deserves special appreciation for their act. Naina worked well as a mother, daughter, wife (as well as heartbroken wife) and friend. Devyani’s innocent act (with the word “Daeda”) is just unforgettable.

Songs and Music:
Ashok Patki and Devaki Pandit undoubtedly worked at their best giving soulful title track and background music. It feels the atmosphere like situation on TV screen is actually running at present.

Direction:
Writing frankly, as per the facebook groups related to this series, Audience is quite disappointed with the ending. The story is originally good but the way in which it is presented on screen can be even better. As usual Satish Rajwade left his talent with cool direction.
After unveiling suspense of story, director cleared each and every scene which we don’t see with other series.

Script:
Thanks to writer for making us free from regular Saas-Bahu daily soap. The script is nothing but Family drama having complex twists  ad suspense in it.

Dialogues:
This is specialty due to which I was interested in serial till the end. Use of proper wording at exact situations made that scene super special for viewer.

Length:
Unlike other serials, director ended the series at reasonable time. No lengthening and nothing else.

What we will miss from "Guntata Hriday He"?
1. Ananya's (Pallavi Subhas) hot looks with nose ring having diamond in it.
2.Naina's (Mrunal Kulkarni) various hair styles.
3. Devyani's word "Daeda".
4. Abhay's Shipping.
5. Vikrams love for Devi.
6. Ananya asking Vikram for space in his life.
7. Naina's mother and father taunting each other.
8. Abhays father thinking smartly.
9. Ananya's friend advising her.

We will never miss this series. Because we have super special bonding.
