India's first superhero Shaktimaan who was missing around the decade is back with new version. New Shaktimaan will be in animated version. Shaktimaan is recently launched animation series started on channel Nick. The show was first broadcasted on air May 7. It comes Monday to Friday at 6:30 p.m and soon will be distributed internationally.
Animated version will introduce new characters except thee big roles like Shaktimaan himself, Kilvish and the evil scientist Dr Jakol. The series has dubbed in English and to be dubbed later into Indian regional languages. Writer Jeffrey Scott is scripting for Shaktimaan in animation.
Original Shaktimaan, Mr. Mukesh Khanna says,"Shaktimaan in animation is nothing short of magic. It has retained all the right elements of Shaktimaan and yet has given it a face-lift for the modern day kids. I think this series has given Shaktimaan a status of immortality since that is the beauty of animation"

The first season of the series is a co-production between Reliance Animation and Accel Animation Studio jointly produced the first season of series.
