After taking a change in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system, BSNL is all set to give new look to their website. From last 10 years, we were visiting companies flash based site which was full of banners and scribbles. The site was confusing also. Now BSNL is trying to give new swanky look to their website.
Earlier, 'Department of Telecom' has ordered BSNL to increase their revenue by 25% for all circles in current financial year. As a part of this project, companies Corporate Marketing Team is redesigning website to achieve customers attraction.

This new look is user-friendly and more easier to use than old version. Also, you can see Facebook and Twitter joining tabs at the end of page. It seems that BSNL is going to give an fast-growing campaign through it’s new site, and many features enhanced to more user friendly.
With this new site, BSNL has introduced some new packages and withdrawn some of the old. I wish their service also becomes good like this...
